The proposed City of Racine Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan has been referred to the City of Racine Plan Commission for consideration as an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Master Plan will be introduced at the September 25, 2019 Plan Commission meeting in Room 205 of City Hall, 730 Washington Avenue, Racine, WI 53403, beginning at 4:15 p.m. A copy of the document is attached and the following schedule will apply to the approval process.

Plan introduced to Plan Commission by Bike Federation and consultant. Plan Commission reviews plan and proposed ordinance. Takes public comment. |

Plan Commission Holds public hearing, adopts a resolution, recommends approval of the ordinance, and forwards all to Common Council. |
| November 5, 2019
Common Council receives Plan Commission recommendation and considers the ordinance and resolution. |
