The Racine Business Center was a business incubator before the concept of business incubators was developed. Since 1916, the Racine Business Center has provided space at affordable rates. Industrial Parks

The City of Racine offers four industrial parks: S.F. Olsen (far southside), Southside Industrial Park (southside), Wright-Wieczorek (westside), F.M. Young (northwest) and Huck (northwest).
