You are free to work with any qualified lender you prefer; the City has a few lenders familiar with the project and excited to talk with anyone interested in purchasing a townhome. Many lenders are also able to offer additional down payment assistance on top of the $10,000 from the City, particularly for qualified first-time homebuyers.
