The proposed City of Racine Downtown Public Realm and Parking Plan has been referred to the City of Racine Planning, Heritage and Design Commission (PHDC) for consideration as an amendment to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will be introduced, and a public hearing will be held at the January 22, 2020 Commission meeting in Room 205 of City Hall, 730 Washington Avenue, Racine, WI 53403, beginning at 4:30 p.m.. The PHD Commission will make a recommendation to the Common Council, who will take up the item at their February 4, 2020 meeting. A copy of the document is attached.
