The following is a list of some of the more common items that require plumbing permits in the City of Racine. This list does not include all of the projects that require permits, but is intended to cover the more common items.
- New buildings, additions & alterations
- Water heaters (gas or electric)
- Dishwashers (new or replacement)
- Fixture replacement (sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, garbage disposals, etc.)
- Lawn sprinkler systems
